Taking My Talents to the “Blog World”

**A Few Disclaimers** Grammar Police NEED NOT APPLY. Listen, let’s be real. I admit I don’t know the difference between their, there and they’re. Who really cares?! The intentions of this blog come from a place of GOOD VIBES ONLY.

I know sometimes people hide behind their keyboards, so if your intention is to try and rip me to shreds maybe—just maybe— you can learn about the benefits of good vibes in your life!!! I promise POSITIVITY helps you to live your BEST LIFE.

I’m just a lighthearted girl (or on the quest to be) who is trying to bring good energy to anyone who cares to listen. If you don’t like the content no offense taken (again NEED NOT APPLY) or as I like to say “Don’t yuck someone’s yum” (more on that later).

So, let me first decode my language, and before anyone hates, work with me here. This is a girl who has a non-verbal learning disability, coupled with an extreme case of ADD/ADHD for her entire life. Let’s just say my imagination was elsewhere in grammar class (CLEARLY), and all classes for that matter. Stay in school though, kids. It’s important to be an educated well-rounded individual, or for that matter just don’t grow up to be an inconsiderate a**hole.

I will go into what a “non-verbal learning disability” is later, but basically, anything that isn’t being spoken or clearly written out, I have trouble with, so I found my NICHE as an “Aspiring Influencer.”

Okay, so this concept came from a rosé fueled night when I randomly texted my sister at 3am (okay this isn’t soooo random. I often text her late night. More on my unique relationship with Greta later).

TRANSLATION: Never be afraid to stand out, and never get lost in the   crowd, even if the crowd you’re working with is the BIG APPLE. Ohh and Leopard is absolutely 1000% the staple to my wardrobe… OHHHHH MR. Sheffield (Where are my Fran Drescher fans at?!).

VIBES

Obviously I did not invent this phrase, but I like to think I have made it my own and truly live everyday with this motto in mind.

If you follow me on Snapchat (Merey3, shameless PLUG) you can catch me often yelling directly into the phone, “VIBESSSSSSSS”, to any fun or good vibes situation.

Let’s be real…do I think that charging my crystals in the Hoboken moonlight is going to help me find the love of my life? OR help me become a multi-millionaire? Or finally provide me with that Jumbo Black Caviar Chanel Flap Bag?!? HMM, probably not. Do I think it will allow me to have more Golden Retrievers then I know what to do with, who each have their own nanny and 100K Insta followers?! Again, probably not.

What I do believe is that Good Vibes=Good Energy and what you give in life is ABSOLUTELY what you get in return.

Think Karma, but not intentionally wishing bad vibes on anyone because we want to be GOOD VIBES ONLY PEOPLE. More to follow on the how the ANXIETY RIDDEN girl is on a quest to find her version of “Zen.” NAMASTE?!?!

REAL HOUSEWIVES

Let’s just put this out here right now, here is my lady boss, weird flex, moment of a lifetime or whatever you want to call it…

I Met the King of Bravo, THE ANDY COHEN (Not ONCE, not TWICE, not THREE times, but FOUR TIMES!) It was as iconic as you could ever imagine, and I will never be the same!!! (AHHH THE DRAMATICS)

Side Note: I do already have my Housewives taglines picked out but that is for a later time, you will have to stayed tuned to figure out (shameless plug AGAIN).

Okay, now back to Housewives and to all my fellow Housewives lovers; IMAGINE THIS, people actually HATE ON HOUSEWIVES and they actually dare to say IT’S NOT REAL!! Like can you believe it, it’s called “Reality TV” after all. Okay, to those who hate on Housewives because it’s “not real”, technically speaking Games of Thrones or as the cool kids call it, “GOT” is actually about a fake “ fantasy world”.

Ohhhh SH** I just lost about half of my followers. PLEASE COME BACK – “Don’t yuck anyone’s yum”, let me explain!

“GOT” fans, I actually had the most severe case of FOMO watching all the premiere parties, and just might have to hop on the bandwagon because your premiere parties were something I’ve never seen from my Housewives CREW. Am I too late to start now that it’s over or is GOT never over?!

SHORT HAIR, DO CARE

So I care a lot about my hair, and I mean way to much about my hair. Let’s just say drybar is my MECCA (please sponsor me lol). I mean come on, that dry Shampoo DOEEEE. ANYWAYS I didn’t always take so much care about my hair, but now I think it’s the #1 accessory.

Spice Girl Bazooka Bubble Gum

In kindergarten I tested out the whole “Never go to sleep with gum in your hair theory”. This wasn’t just your simple stick of gum, this was the KRIS JENNER of bubble gum, with Spice Girl wrapping paper. Long story short (no pun intended) I had an irrational fear of haircuts until I was 25. Then, THE BIG BREAKUP happened, so of course I got a BOB and BANGS.

Moving on: BOBS, Bangs AND BREAKS UPS

Let’s keep this short, I would say nine times out of ten the two do not mix. Maybe a bob without the bangs, or maybe the bangs without the bob? (Shout-out to Kyle Richards—you’re crushing those bangs and Khloe K, no one rocks a bob like you.) If you’re the exception, please send me your photo because you’re a unicorn and deserve to be seen. There are always the exceptions. I am speaking generally people!!!!

Most life-defining moment of my life

The worst, and I mean most traumatizing break up of my life… NICK AND JESSICA. Thanksgiving will never be the same and Newlyweds will live on forever.
